The Cedar Mill Community Library (Portland, Oregon) really likes to name their book trucks. And they aren't naming them Bob or Sue.

Have Any Overdue Books?

You better hope not as it might just land you in the clinker.

Ask Heidi Dalibor of Grafton Wisconsin. She had two overdue books from the U.S.S Liberty Memorial Public Library and owed a grand total of $37.94. But that was enough to the have her arrested.

Strike - Day 84

CUPE 391 and the employer have reached a tentative agreement.

We vote tomorrow Friday October 19. If we vote yes then the library board has to vote, and then BACK TO WORK!

We would probably return to work on Monday with the library opening to the public on Wednesday. This would give us a few days to get organized (HA!).
